Yes! All our honey is 100% raw and minimally processed. We strain it lightly to remove large particles of wax and debris, but never heat or ultra-filter it. This preserves the natural enzymes, pollen, and beneficial properties of raw honey.

Crystallization is a natural process that happens to all raw honey over time. It's actually a sign of quality! To return crystallized honey to liquid form, simply place the jar in warm (not hot) water and stir occasionally. Never microwave honey as it destroys beneficial enzymes.

Store honey at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate honey - it will keep indefinitely when stored properly. Keep the lid tightly closed to prevent moisture absorption.
